PRODUCT RETURNS

  1. Can I request a refund?

  • The are no cash refunds only exchanges. In order to exchange, the hair MUST be in its original state and original packaging. If the hair has been altered in any way, no exchange will be made.

 2. Who is responsible for shipping cost on returned items?

  • You, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost if you return hair for an exchange.

HAIR CARE

  1. How many bundles will I need for a full sew-in?

  • For a full sew-in, we recommend 2-3 bundles for any length between 14"-18". At least 3 bundles for lengths 20"-24" and 4-5 bundles are recommended for any lengths 26" or longer.

 2. Can my extensions be colored?

  • Absolutely! Extensions187 only provide 100% virgin extensions so the hair can be colored or bleached to achieve your desired color. Please see a professional when coloring hair to avoid damage and over processing.

 3. How long will my hair last?

  • Extensions187 only provide top quality hair so with proper care, your extensions can last up to one year or even longer. We recommend you to seal and avoid cutting the wefts to minimize any excessive shedding. We also recommend that you use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to care for your extensions.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

 1. How long is processing and shipping?

  • After your payment has been made, Please allow at least 2-3 Business days to process your complete order.

Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. When your order has been processed and shipped, your tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. 

***All orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

 2. What are the processing and shipping day?

  • No shipping will be made on weekends or Holidays.
